# Restore purchases

Get the devices you bought back from the App Store.

If a device you bought is missing, tap **Restore Purchases**. It’s in the top card in Settings, and at the bottom of the Devices screen. COPY checks the App Store and brings back every device you paid for.

## What you’ll see

- **“Restore Complete.”** It found your purchases.
- **“No Purchases Found.”** Nothing was bought on this Apple Account. If you used a different one, sign in with it and try again.
- **“Restore Failed.”** COPY couldn’t reach the App Store.

## Free devices work differently

Your starting device and the ones you earned come back with your [recovery key](https://getcopy.app/help/recovery-key), not Restore Purchases.
