Restore purchases

If a device you bought is missing, tap Restore Purchases. It’s in the top card in Settings, and at the bottom of the Devices screen. COPY checks the App Store and brings back every device you paid for.

What you’ll see

• “Restore Complete.” It found your purchases.
• “No Purchases Found.” Nothing was bought on this Apple Account. If you used a different one, sign in with it and try again.
• “Restore Failed.” COPY couldn’t reach the App Store.

Free devices work differently

Your starting device and the ones you earned come back with your recovery key, not Restore Purchases.
